International Organization for Migration (IOM) Indonesia is looking for a Project Assistant Iaccording to the terms of reference below.

I. Organizational Context and Scope

Under the direct supervision of Project and Partnership Coordinator, the overall supervision of the Head of Sub-Office and in close coordination with relevant units, the Project Assistant will assist in the planning, implementation and monitoring of DRR Project in West Java Province. In particular, the incumbent will be responsible for the following:

1. Assist Project and Partnership Coordinator  in identifying, collecting and analyzing existing national and sub-national government regulations and policies as well as development plan pertaining to DRR and prepare abstracts and translations as necessary;
1. Assist Project and Partnership Coordinator in the generation and compilation of knowledge products such as best practices, lessons learned, case studies for policy advice and project implementation;
2. Carry out identification and compilation of knowledge products pertaining DRR from various external sources and propose dissemination materials of those products as necessary;
3. Ensure that various official communication e.g. MoU, official letters are compiled in a systematic filing;
4. Under the supervision of Project and Partnership Coordinator, work together with units coordinators providing them ideas and suggestions for content and distribution channel of various IEC materials;
5. Assist Project and Partnership Coordinator in identifying various opportunities for synergies with various stakeholders including universities and private sectors;
6. Work together with Unit Coordinators to prepare and compile notes from official meetings, workshops and seminars;
8. Act with integrity and professionalism and in accordance with IOM’s Code of Conduct, at all times;
1. Perform other duties as may be assigned by PM/HO.

a) Good understanding of national and sub-national DRR system, framework and regulations. Strong coordination and facilitation skills.

III. Education and Experience

a) Diploma Degree (D3) preferably in communication, political and social science, information management or alternatively, combination of related education and professional experience.
b) At least four years of professional experience in managing and supporting knowledge sharing in Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and or development project, UN agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders. Familiar with DRR and development issues.
c) Demonstrated strong communication skills as well as interpersonal and public relation skills. Experience in developing lessons learned and best practices documents. Personal commitment, efficiency, flexibility, drive for results, respect for diversity, creative thinking, and punctual. Consistently approaches work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude. Flexible and patient.

IV. Languages

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia both written and spoken is required. Working knowledge of Sundanese is an advantage.

Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator responsible to develop strong, working relationships with government, community, private sector and other key partners at the local and provincial levels, as a foundation for future work. He/she also will assist in preparing Public Consultation and Disclosure Plan, including stakeholder analysis, assessment of information channels to communities, and guidelines on community mobilization principles.

The project Coordinator also will give presentations in front of an audience of partners in English.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree (S1) in social studies or a related field; Masters Degree in related topic preferred;
* Minimum of 7 years of community mobilization and/or international development and management experience, preferably in Indonesia;
* Excellent communication skills; verbal and written, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must;
* Record of success in designing community interventions in a variety of the sectors is a must. Possible sectors may include WASH, economic development and livelihoods, health and education, among others.
* Experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis, particularly focus group discussions and interviews, a plus;
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint and statistics software.

Seeking Grant Applications:
PNPM Peduli II – Managing Partner

PNPM Peduli is the Government of Indonesia’s new social inclusion program targeting excluded individuals and groups that have not been reached by the main PNPM Mandiri program or by other government programs (social protection, poverty programs etc). PNPM Peduli receives strategic oversight from the Ministry of People’s Welfare (Menko Kesra) and is implemented through partnerships with national and local CSOs. These organizations currently receive grants (from the PSF) to support their activities working with marginalized groups as well as targeted organizational capacity support.

In the pilot phase (July 2011 – June 2013), PNPM Peduli partnered with 72 Indonesian CSOs working in 91 districts in 24 provinces reaching 13,000 individuals. The pilot phase finishes in the coming month and we are in the process of preparing for Phase II in 2013.

In Phase II a grant will be awarded to an organization to act as the Managing Partner (MP) working closely with the PSF to facilitate and support the implementation of PNPM Peduli Phase II. It is envisaged that the MP will provide a high level of program management and technical expertise through national personnel (and international experts where appropriate) to ensure quality program implementation and accountabilities. This includes grants management, CSO capacity building, gender mainstreaming, complaints handling, monitoring and evaluation, donors and Government reporting, knowledge management and communications.

Founded in 1987, RutgersWPF is aimed at improving reproductive health and ensuring reproductive rights in developing countries. RutgersWPF has implemented projects in Asia, Africa and Latin America. In 2005, RutgersWPFIndonesia established a field office in Jakarta, Indonesia in order to more effectively manage and expand its current portfolio. RutgersWPF’s Country Strategy in Indonesia focuses on improving sexuality and reproductive health services and information for young people and decreasing gender based violence.

RutgersWPF Indonesia manages program of Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (ASRHR) and Sexual and Gender Based Violence (SGBV) programs in various provinces in Indonesia. In cooperation with various local NGO partners, this program aims
(1) to provide ASRHR services for young people such as adequate information on ASRHR issues, including enhancing capacity buildingfor teachers and parents;
(2) to provide intervention program to prevent gender based violence with local NGO partners, and
(3) to mobilize advocacy program to influence decision makers to support SRHR education and SGBV programs and provide adequate budget for that.RutgersWPF and partners established AliansiSatuVisi to enhance partners capacity and strengthening SRHR network.

Due to this project development, we are now seeking outstanding candidate talents to fill the following positions at our Jakarta Office:

PROGRAM MANAGER COORDINATOR (Code PM Cord)

Task and Responsibilities
The PM Coordinator is a senior position who will be responsible to the Country Representative to ensure that all programs implementationare inline withorganization goals, strategies, and policies. S/he will also be responsible to oversee the daily office management and to ensure the capacity building is in place both for staff and partner organizations.PM Coordinator will have to provide managerial and technical assistance to Program Managers.

The detail tasks of Project ManagerCoordinator are as the following:
Core Tasks:

1. Assist and advise Program Managers and teams to the best use of project management disciplines and approaches within a fast paced.
2. Maintain processes to ensure all program managers’s activities, reports, and plans are relevant,accurate, and complete.
3. Conduct field visits and monitor implementation of programs.
4. Support the Program Managers in developing and presenting capacity  building initiatives with the partner organizations.
5. To Track and report on project portfolio performance, comprehensive, and prioritized view of all projects.
6. To represent Country Representative in various meetings related with partners, donors, and government in and outside the country.
7. To provide overview of the latest program implementation situation to the Country Representative.
8. Contribute substantial content on SRHR, Gender & Youth Health Issues in the overall program in Indonesia and globally by being active in internal and external meetings.
9. Share lessons learned and best practices across programs, building relationships with stakeholders and enhancing relationships at all levels.

Requirements:

1. A minimum 10 years experiences in managing programmanagers, preferably with international NGOs, and in the areas of SRHR andGender Equity;  experience in Youth Health Issues would be an advantage.
2. Minimum University Degree in relevant field, preferably in social science, Master degree is highly preferred.
3. Proven skills to effectively build and in implementing development program under PCM (Project Cycle Management) principles.
4. Proven ability to manage financial resources according to donors policy and reporting requirements.
5. Proven track record of successfully advocating for policy change
6. Demonstrated capacity to cooperate with colleagues in a team, work with stakeholders (government and donors)  and with relevant persons and institutions.
7. Very good analytical capacity and having advanced written and communication skills in English and Indonesian
8. Very good computer skills and understanding of information technology.

In 2010, the Insular Southeast Asian Network on MSM, TG, and HIV (ISEAN) and the Humanist Institute for Co-operation with Developing Countries (Hivos) jointly submitted a regional proposal to the Global Fund for AIDS, Malaria, and Tuberculosis (GFATM) Round 10. The programme, entitled ‘Strengthening Community Systems to Reduce Vulnerability to and Impact of HIV infection on MSM and TG in Insular Southeast Asia’, was approved by GFATM and contract for the grant was signed on 6 October 2011. This grant has the main goal of reducing (a) the vulnerability and risks of MSM and TG to HIV infection and (b) the impact of HIV on their lives in Insular Southeast Asia. It intends to address critical gaps in supporting and scaling up activities that reduce HIV/AIDS among MSMs and TGs.

Satu Dunia, as the Regional ICT Service Provider of the ISEAN-Hivos Grant, is looking for a capable technical consultant/consultancy group/software company who already establish or has a product or experiences in web-based application development. The consultant outputs will be served as bases the delivery of key ICT interventions to MSM and TG groups in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines and Timor Leste under the ISEAN-Hivos programme.

Specifically, the following services that address the Grant’s requirements are expected to be provided by the Consultant/s:

1. In coordination with Satu Dunia and PMU to study the application requirement to guide the development process
2. Provide development workplan based on system development requirements (Annex #1 System development requirements) for optimation purposes which covered :
a. Development schedule
b. Testing mechanism
c. Deliverable schedules and migration mechanism
3. Develop web based application for Training M&E Database System based  on the system development requirements
4. Upload all  available raw data from IHP into the application
5. Provide User Guide for how to use the application
6. Provide work report including lesson learned and best practice in   English.

*Key Qualifications*
1. Established and demonstrated expertise in software development (with a strong poftfolio of work samples)
2. Established and demonstrated expertise in developing database system.
3. Strong experiences in the development of advance web-based application especially in Code Iginiter, PHP programming and MySQL.
4. Preferably with established knowledge in the development and testing of Online M&E Tools;
5. Fluency in written and spoken English.

The American Red Cross is currently looking for a CSR-Corporate Volunteer Manager to be based in Jakarta office.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to  work with PMI on a broad range of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities and tasks,  and use, as their main  vehicle,  to achieve these,  the American Red Cross-supported, new Corporate Volunteer Project, whose primary  goal will be to strengthen access and utilization of human and funding resources from the corporate sector to improve the operational and program performance of Indonesian Red and Cross (Palang Merah Indonesia/ PMI).
The strategic objective of this initiative will be to enhance existing and create new forms of volunteerism in the private sector through collaborative corporate social responsibility (CSR), to improve operational and program systems implementation.

The primary outcomes of this project initiative include:
Outcome 1:
A well-coordinated Indonesia Red Cross (PMI) management approach that facilitates technical capacities from the corporate sector to more formally and consistently participate with PMI.
Outcome 2:
Increased resource mobilization, including professional level volunteers, who contribute to improving PMI systems, programs and volunteer networks and other corporate contributions (financial and non-financial) for PMI.
1) Modification of volunteer training curriculum modules
2) Capacity building: PMI volunteers/staff, and corporate staff
3) Development of specialized corporate cluster groups (e.g. IT/Communications; finance; logistics, etc.).
4) Develop specific tasks, systems improvements, disaster response simulation, campaigns and/or opportunities to utilize corporate volunteers for operations and program purposes.

Required Qualifications:

Job Title: MAVC (Making All Voices Count) Junior Programme Officer Asia

Responsible to: Programme Officer Asia

Responsibilities:
The junior Programme Officer supports the MAVC Programme Officer Asia in implementing the MAVC programme. Special focus is on administrative tasks for overall grant system of MAVC as well as assisting in logistics for brokering events.

Key tasks:
The JPO has many different tasks. Initially, the JPO supports the PO with project management. This means that the JPO supports the PO with identifying , assessing, selecting and contracting potential grantees in component 2 – Scaling Up and component 1 – Innovation Grants. He/she also prepares contracts, plans and evaluates reports and communicates with partner organisations in the region.
He/she is responsible for entering all contracts into the management information system and to keep it up to date. The JPO is involved in the internal and external communication and contributes to writing annual work plans and annual reports. He/shesupports the PO in preparing presentations and meetings. Ad-hoc activities and administrative and organizational activities are also conducted by the JPO.

Profile & competences:
A JPO has an academic background in international cooperation and / or international communication, knowledge of and affinity with governance, citizen engagement and ICT for development, civil society and transparency and accountability. He/she should be strong in project management and good English communication and language skills is required. Furthermore, JPOs are flexible, communicative and open. They can indicate their limits in time, plan well, be assertive and decisive. JPOS often bring academic and analytical thinking along. JPOs have a proactive attitude and often come up with new ideas. They are willing to work, responsible and independent and can perform under pressure.
